Designing Headphone Logo Campaign
The Overall Project: This was a 13-week project, which consisted of 6 weeks to design the logo, and 7 weeks to design the campaign posters. I chose to design a logo for a headphone company, where I wanted to modernize retro logos.
The Logo: Taking inspiration from other company logos like beats, I designed 'bop' headphones to target this demographic.
The Campaign Posters: Inspiration was taken from Apple's silhouette advertising, but the campaign I design, will focus on the sense's someone will experience when listening to music. This part will be shown in the poster while teasing the headphone.
The Context Images: The use of vibrant and attractive colours are inspired by the retro theme palette. This will attract a viewer to the poster.
What I learnt: I really enjoyed the visual and development side of this project and can see myself wanting to do another project like this in the future. From this, I learnt new ways of using the adobe suite, in the forms of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to create realistic visual artworks.
